As you know, we had thought we had made the perfect match, but as time passed, such proved not to be the case. You were supportive through the process of trying to make it work, but frankly more importantly, just as supportive when I made the decision that a change was necessary.

It has been a stressful period, for honestly I didn't know, since the placement had been made several months ago (albeit with a month lag before the nanny was able to actually start), whether I could count on seeing the best available candidates and frankly how hard you would work to help us.

My concern was wildly misplaced! Not only was I introduced to a cadre of qualified new candidates, but you fully and completely supported me through the process of securing a replacement.
